Practical information: Take the dough out of the refrigerator 10 minutes before use. Preheat your oven th 6/7 (200°C). Unroll the pastry in your mould, keeping the baking sheet. Cut off the excess parchment paper. Prick the bottom of the pie with a fork to prevent the pastry from puffing up too much. Top with your sweet or savory mixture. Bake in the bottom of the oven, garnished: 35-40 minutes traditional oven, 25-30 minutes fan oven. Storage instructions: Store at +4°C. Do not eat before cooking.
