A little more lemon incorporated in the preparation, which reveals fine marbling. This foam is made in Vallet (Loire-Atlantique) with milk from France.
Ingredients :
Lemon Mousse milk (88%): Whole milk (57.5%), fruit lemon Preparation: 15% (7% lemon puree, sugar, glucose syrup, water, thickeners (E440, E410), aroma, proofreaders dacidité (E331, E330, E524), preservative fruit: E202), cream (8.9%), Water, skimmed milk powder, sugar, pork gelatin, Emulsifier (E471), lactic acid bacteria. Sauce meringue way (12%): water, sugar, modified starch, flavoring, stabilizer (pectin, guar gum), acidifier: lactic acid, color (curcumin, beta-carotene).
