In 1932, Breton Paul Edward Paulet creates a fish cannery: Small Vessel is born! Soon, the success is the appointment and businessman opens other plants. In 1935, he developed a quality charter, still in force today. Boss office, it involves its employees in the company's profits. During the Second World War, Paul-Edouard Paulet died a hero in the sinking of his ship.
The post-war years: a family affair
Paul-Edouard Paulet leaves behind seven children. The plant is first assigned to a nephew, then, after the war, the two eldest Paulet, and Jean Yves, back on top of Small Ship, successful company in full expansion. The two brothers continue to innovate new factories, new machinery and new techniques can increase productivity and quality.
