Since our local supplier no longer stocked these excellent chestnuts, we have depended on ordering a case each year from Europa Food. They provide excellent service. We use the chestnuts in stews and bakes and always make sure we have some in our cupboard.

I have been using these chestnuts for 30+years . If you can’t be bothered to prepare the real deal , these are the best pre prepared ones around .
So delighted Europafoods stock them as they are like gold dust !

Best quality chestnuts. We had used these for 20 years when our local supplier stopped stocking them so we were very pleased to be able to buy them from Europafood who sent them efficiently.

These are the best chestnuts we have found and we use regularly in a salad with chorizo, walnuts, black garlic, salad leaves, cherry tomatoes and honey and mustard dressing. Very tasty and very filling.
