These delicious home-made ham croquettes are wholly made in the traditional way. They have a rich and creamy bechamel sauce that is cooked by hand with the Iberian ham cut into very fine pieces. Farmhouse milk is used to preserve all its properties and the best taste. Finally, the Iberian ham croquette is covered with an artisan grated bread leaving them crispy and tasty.
