This wine remained on its fine lees for several months to add weight to the palate and round the finish. Richly textured but with crisp acidity and textbook minerality.
Pale golden in colour, this wine has ripe citrus aromas paired with herbaceous notes. Its structured yet balanced palate reveals the consecrated minerality and freshness of an excellent Sancerre.
Fermentation took place at 16°C in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to avoid oxidation. No oak was used, but the wine remained on its fine lees for four months to add weight to the palate and round the finish.
