Description:
Secret of Milk Chocolate Mousse from La Laitière is the alliance between the lightness of the mousse and an intense taste of milk chocolate. The secret of this intense taste? A little more pure melted chocolate cocoa butter incorporated into the preparation, which reveals fine marbling. This foam is made in Vallet (Loire-Atlantique) with milk from France.
