This is the best chicken you could really have on your plate. The test is absolutely gorgeous, very quick cook, low in fat.

The Loue White Free Range Chicken is lean and the breast is close to the body which gives it its tenderness moisture and flavour
On roasting there is a little fat in the juice and by all accounts this means that it has natural growth

Loue White Free Range Chicken is excellent - on roasting very little fat.The chicken is very lean which means it has been fed normally and the breast is thus close to body of chicken and is flavoursome and succulent
