Description:

Open the box according to the recommended hygiene recommendations. Egoutter the product without rinsing, then crumble the flesh to make it flaky. If necessary, reserve the pieces of legs to make beautiful visual highlights. This product can be integrated into a mixed salad. It can also be mixed with mayonnaise or cottage cheese and then spiced to create a «crab rillettes» type topping. You can also use this crab meat to flavour a terrine or gratin. For sauces, it is best to incorporate it at the last moment so as not to make it too annealed. The crab will perfectly accompany avocados, citrus or asparagus.
