Stuffing (80.9% COTTAGE CHEESE, drinking water, sugar, WHEAT semolina), dough (first rate WHEAT FLOUR, drinking water, food industry salt, EGG mass, rapeseed oil).
Description:
Vareniki - one of the most famous dishes of Ukrainian cuisine, which has been widely distributed both in Russia and throughout Eastern Europe. What do they not do! With berries and fruits, with potatoes and mushrooms, with carrots and cabbage, with greens and even with meat. But we love dumplings with cheese the most.
Preparation: Put the frozen dumpling into 3 litters of boiling salt water. Bring dumplings to boil briefly until they rise to surface. Allow to simmer on a moderate heat for about 6-7 minutes more. Serve boiled dumplings with a garnish of sour cream / mayonnaise / vinegar, by adding the salt and pepper, optionally dill.
