This is French genius at its best. The humble lentil becomes a feast. Just add fried chicken breast or grilled sausages.

You cannot purchase prepared lentils like these in the UK supermarkets. These lentils are delicious and healthy, serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil and you have a healthy meal for one.
