Base for brown sauces, moistened with estouffades, stews and braised meats. Used in de-icing, its connection will allow the realization of "minute" sauces to accompany fried meat pieces
Ingredients:
Starch, iodized salt, flavourings, WHEAT flour, sugar, beef fat, thickener (guar gum), salt, colouring agent (ordinary caramel), onion, yeast extract, beef cooking juices 1.3%, glucose syrup, tomato, acidifier (citric acid), white pepper, antioxidant (rosemary extracts), garlic extract, thyme extract. May contain: CELERY, EGGS, MILK.
