The bound brown bottom is ideal as a base of sauces for all red and white meats such as Pepper, Bordeaux, Bercy..., but also as a cooking element for sautés (Marengo, Bourguignon) and for braising vegetables.
Keep 18 months in its original packaging in a dry and cool place.
