Reluctant to comment on this wonderful cheese, as by doing so, next time I order, I will be on a waiting list....I have been in owed of this wonderful cheese for years. May I add, this cheese is hard to get as it is produced in small batches. EuropaFood are excellent at resourcing their products and customer service. Thank you Bea Blanco

This is a very strong tasting, but delightful cheese… I soon realised that the best way to eat it was just sliced on its own. I found when trying to eat it with anything else, that the “anything else” just spoiled its texture and flavour. It really is amazing… definitely firmly in my top three cheeses ⭐️⭐️⭐️
