Lighter and flakier than competitor products from Molino Bianco, LU etc, and more pleasing to eat for that reason. Also, to my taste, tastier. But also more prone to damage in transit. However, careful packaging meant that they arrived in good condition. Thank you for that. It's important with crackers. Especially where - as here - they are relatively expensive! For those of us trying to avoid excessive salt intake these are maybe healthier than the delicious but lightly salted Pavese / Molino Bianco equivalents. However, if you have them with cheese, all the unhealthy ingredients in the cheese make it impossible to tell whether or not you are eating lightly salted or unsalted crackers. And the salt and fat in the cheese make the health impact of salt in (or not in) crackers of very little consequence.
