The halva “Olympos” - made for 2 generations by the Papayiannis family according to a traditional recipe - is an excellent Greek delicacy.
It is composed of tahine (pulp of peeled and toasted sesame seeds) and white caramel (fondant).
Very often, dried fruits, cocoa and even honey are added.
