Black colour with purple reflections. Complex and rich nose of black fruits roasted in the sun nuanced by more dynamic fragrances of morello cherry, licorice and blueberry. In the mouth, these fragrances are transformed into flavors in a dense but slender flesh, woven with fatty tannins and toasted. The finish is happy, long and terribly tempting to eat! A very good Madiran to serve at 18° around local dishes, cassoulet, duck breast.
