Buckwheat is used in the kitchen to prepare stuffing, salads, meat dishes, cabbage rolls, dumplings, pies. It can also be served sweet with fruit and nuts and dried fruits.
Roasted buckwheat is heat-treated buckwheat grain with a dark brown colour and a distinctive taste.
Method of preparation:
1. Add 1 sachets to boiling 1L of water. Add some salt for better taste.
2. Cover with a lid and boil on low heat for 10-12 minutes. Drain before serving.
