Pork meat (80%), water, pork fat, red wine (sulfites), potato starch, salt, mechanically deboned pork meat, soy protein, citrus fibres, emulsifiers: triphosphates-pyrophosphates, spices (with mustard), antioxidants: sodium citrate-sodium erythorbate-citric acid-ascorbic acid-sodium ascorbate, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, maltodextrin, dextrose, flavorings, vegetable protein (rapeseed & corn), acidity regulators: sodium bicarbonate-sodium acetate, stabilizers: xanthan gum-carrageenan-konjac, preservative: sodium nitrite, colouring: cochineal.
The casing is edible (natural pork intestine).
Contains Mustard. May contain traces of Milk, Egg, Celery.
