In order to easily remove the candied thighs from their packaging, heat the can in a double boiler for a few minutes. Drain before use. Candied thighs can be eaten cold or hot. Cold: Remove the fat from the thighs and serve with a green salad. Hot: In the oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C (th.7), then bake the legs on a suitable rack for 15 min, turning them halfway through cooking. In a frying pan, brown the thighs for 5 min on each side. In the South-West, the skin is consumed grilled.
