On the nose this wine is expressive with aromas of peach, citrus fruit and white flowers. The palate has a lovely concentration of flavour which is well balanced by zesty acidity, lending a mineral freshness to the finish.
The grapes were machine harvested and 100% destemmed. After pressing, fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine aged on fine lees for four months before bottling.
