Just made 2 pear and frangipane tarts, so easy to use this French pastry, because it's round it fits the tart case, why is UK ready rolled pastry always in rectangular shape!?

This sable pastry is perfect for tarts as it contains a little sugar. More importantly the pastry comes ready rolled 31cm wide to fit almost any sized tart tin. A real labour saver!
