Bliss! It’s so hard to get this where I live in UK. It’s a revelation to have Europafoods at hand and being able to get this fresh through the mail. They deliver it cold packed on “ice”. The quality is supreme. The yeast is perfectly measured and I can finally bake proper bread and pastries. Love it.
