A super salad which gives us a taste of summer. Simplicity to make. Empty the tin into a mixing bowl (we then add a good splash of lemon juice), pour in the packet of semoule. Stir with a fork, cover the bowl with cling film and put in the refrigerator for an hour. In that hour the grains take up the liquid. Now it's ready to use!

This taboulé is superb, I fill my trolley up with it every time I come to France, it’s absolutely fabulous, so quick and easy, fresh and tasty.
