This elegant and refreshing wine showcases the unique terroir of Kartli, where significant diurnal temperature variations enhance acidity and aromatic complexity.
With a bright, pale straw colour and greenish reflections, this wine offers an intense and complex aroma featuring fresh green apple, white peach, and citrus blossoms, alongside subtle hints of pear, lime zest, and a delicate minerality. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, delivering flavours of green apple, white peach, and lime, complemented by nuances of tropical fruit and a light herbal undertone. A well-balanced acidity and mineral backbone add depth and structure, leading to a long, clean finish with lingering citrus and mineral notes.
