I like these, but last time I ordered them from you you substituted the Mulino Bianco equivalents. The Pavesi ones are lighter and flakier (though for that reason more likely to get damaged along the way. Your packaging is almost always sufficient to avoid this however!)

Lighter and flakier than competitor products from Molino Bianco, LU, Doriano etc, and more pleasing to eat for that reason. Also to my taste tastier - at least than the LU and Doriano offerings. But also more prone to damage in transit. However, careful packaging meant that they arrived in good condition. Thank you for that. It's important with crackers. Especially where - as here - they are relatively expensive!
