This is really good as an introduction to foie gras. I've had it on a couple of dishes and was randomly craving it one day and decided to order. The taste is sensational. All you do it cut a piece out and fry it quickly. Only given 4 stars because it's sometimes awkward to cut a good shape where it comes in a jar - but you can't complain for the price.
