Description:
Secret de Mousse au Caramel de La Laitière is the alliance between the lightness of the mousse and an intense caramel taste. The secret of this intense taste? A little more caramel incorporated in the preparation, which reveals fine marbling. This foam is made in Vallet (Loire-Atlantique) with milk from France.
