This product is absolutely perfect for us. It is just so easy to use, you just put some into your bubbling stews,casseroles etc and stir no lumps no mess much better than cornflour. We have been using it while living in France for nearly 20 years. We are now back in England and have not been able to find the same product. We were lucky to find this company who we placed the order with, the website was very easy to use and delivered when they said it would be delivered. We will be looking at other products we miss.
