The Mill Charter

Each Torinesi in this pack contains soft wheat flour obtained in compliance with the Mill Charter, the sustainable cultivation protocol drawn up in collaboration with the WWF that ensures product quality, supports the work of farming communities, and protects biodiversity by also promoting pollinating insects.

With flour from sustainable agriculture,

the Mill Charter requires compliance with the ISCC Plus sustainability criteria and was developed in collaboration with the WWF and the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences and Technologies of the Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna.
