A lovely savoury treat for a real taste of rustic northern France! More ‘refined’ than it’s Andouillette cousin, this sausage is lightly smoked and the concentric rings running through the inside are almost a work of art! Long lasting and good value - we cut slices c.1.5 centimetres thick and fry in a bit of oil to give a lightly crispy outside, while the inside retains all it’s juiciness :p
