Description:
A combination of finely diced Champignon mushrooms and white truffle; expertly balanced within this light, flavourful and aromatic sauce. Excellent on toasted or grilled bread, in sandwiches, panini or as dressing for first courses.
Mushroom sauce with bianchetto white truffles. 'One day I was asked to make a type of truffle-based product with a mild truffle taste. Immediately, the idea came to me of combining delicate ingredients as champignons, oil, salt, pepper, very little flavouring and truffles from the white family.' – Stefania Calugi.
