The Bauli croissants have an ancient secret inside: it is the Madre Bauli yeast, the one which, after 20 hours of patient natural leavening, gives your breakfast an unmistakable fragrance and softness. The one you can find in all the Bauli products.
Made from only fresh EGGS, coming from hens raised on the ground just as they once did, and high quality Italian fresh milk, due to secular Italian tradition, it is important, as well as the choice of the best ingredients.
