Instructions for use:
Preheat your pan with a little fat. To guarantee all the delicacy of this product: simply push on the back of the tray and place your product directly in the pan.Cook 1 min over high heat on each side. Then, at reduced heat, continue the desired cooking:- rare: 1 additional min on each side. - on point: 1 additional min 30 on each side- well cooked: 2 additional min on each side. To ensure a good hold of the product during cooking, flip your product carefully with a spatula. Avoid pricking it: it will be more juicy.
