Silver grey, white, khaki green (parsley) and yellow (garlic) colour. Appearance of small fillets of split anchovies. Smell of marinated anchovies, very light parsley garlic. Taste of salty but balanced anchovies, light taste of garlic not taking away the taste of anchovies. Firm and melting texture at the same time. Recommendation: Good quality product. Use advice: As is.
