Description:

Before opening: Keep at a temperature between +18°C and +24°C.
After opening: To keep in a dry place at a temperature of approximately +20°C. Close the bag after use.
To prepare about 1.4kg of pastry cream: Mix 350- 400g of powder with 1000g of water and whisk for 3 minutes at high speed to obtain a pastry cream. Store in the refrigerator (+2°C and +7°C) and use within two days.
