As dark chocolate has been recommended by the medical research team that elderly people who often eat dark chocolate have some health benefits, it can help some brain function like delaying your forgetfulness ! so l have been doing right thing for years as I only eat dark chocolate with nuts occasionally but now I am 82yr. and decided to eat plain dark chocolate with minimum of sugar added but can not stop enjoying your sugared pistachios dark chocolate with my afternoon coffee I only have a small amount of it instead of a little cake only twice or3times a week joyfully included.
