Description :
In 1870, Charles Delacre, a pharmacist decided to sell chocolate, which was then considered a fortifying medicine. The success allowed him to open a shop specially dedicated to chocolate, adjacent to his pharmacy. In 1873, he set up a factory and registered the Delacre brand as a chocolate bar manufacturer.
