Now in its fifth generation, Domaine Corsin has been making wines in Saint-Véran and Pouilly-Fuissé since 1864. The Mâcon-Villages comes from north-east facing slopes which gives the wine a refreshing citrus character and steely minerality.

This Chardonnay is light-gold in colour with tints of green. On the nose, it has long-lasting natural citrus aromas. On the palate, the wine is well balanced with fresh flavours of peach and apricot.

The grapes were harvested by hand before being gently pressed with a pneumatic press. followed by cold fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tank. The wine was aged on its fine lees in stainless-steel tanks for six month prior to bottling.
