Light aromatic rice from Italy, ideal for Risotto, Paella or rice salad. Buon Appetito.
Cooking Instructions
Measure 1 cup of rice and rinse thoroughly with water. Combine washed rice with 2 1/4 cups of liquid (water or broth). Put rice and liquid into a saucepan, cover with a lid and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium setting and cook for 50-60 minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork.
