Emmental is extremely versatile. It’s great to eat on its own, in a baguette or as part of a cheeseboard. You can use it in baking, melt it on pasta dishes or add it to gratin. It’s also an indispensable ingredient in fondue savoyarde. Emmental pairs very well with sweet & fruity flavours as well as tart or savoury ones.
