Description:
A very tasty Provencal beef stew prepared with tender pieces of beef simmered in a wine-based sauce with lots of vegetables.
To enjoy, simply pour the contents into a saucepan and gently warm up.
Daube de Boeuf goes well with boiled rice, boiled potatoes or fresh tagliatelle – everything that absorbs the beautiful sauce!
