A very enjoyable French meal for two prepared with Toulouse sausages cooked in a flavoursome lentils sauce with carrots and onions.
It simply requires warming gently in a saucepan and goes well with a side green salad.

Personally, I think these Toulouse sausages in puy lentils are delicious. Friendly service and a reasonable price. Open a bottle of red wine and you’re in France. Bon appetite!
