La Laitière’s Crème Brûlée can be eaten hot or cold! Hot: Sprinkle your Crème Brûlée with the contents of the Caramel Splinter Bag, place it under the grill of your preheated oven for about 1min30 and then let cool for a few minutes before serving to obtain a thin crispy layer of caramel. Cold: sprinkle your Crème Brûlée with the contents of the Caramel splinter bag and enjoy. This dessert was prepared in Ladhuie in the Lot-et-Garonne.
