It’s lovely to use French beef stock cubes as people don’t have them in the uk. This has a lovely beefy taste but not so strong like a lot of ours in the uk. So if you have a dinner party your food will taste ooh la la and guests think you’re a better chef than you are ! I do the same with family dinners. I vary stock cubes with my recipes and they all think I’m far cleverer than I really am !!
