cheese preparation 70% (water, EMMENTAL 10.1%, CHEESE, modified potato starch, cassava starch, FRESH CHEESE, POWDERED EGG WHITE, MILK PROTEIN, BLE semolina, BLE fibre, melting salts: sodium citrate, gelling agent: carrageenan, salt, flavour, natural pepper flavour, preservative: potassium sorbate, flour (BLE, RYE, rice), water, BLE starch, BLE protein, leavening powders: diphosphates and sodium carbonate, salt, MILK powder, yeast, spices, thickener: guar gum, preservative: potassium sorbate. Sunflower oil. Possible traces of CELERI and other cereals containing GLUTEN. MILK: EU origin. Product packaged in a protective atmosphere
