Love these galettes. Warmed them up in the oven and then added ham, a fried egg and a sprinkling of emmental cheese. Bought two lots and frozen them individually with grease proof paper between each. Thaw very quickly and then placed in the oven on a baking sheet using the cut grease proof paper. Will be using sea food next time and I am sure we will buy some more.

I am a huge fan of galettes. I could eat them with anything. The yummiest addition to breakfast lunch or dinner or even as a snack I put them in the oven and just crisp up. Work as crispy bread for dips and on it’s own and gluten free

While these obviously are not as fresh as what you would eat in a creperie in Brittany, they are excellent quality and taste. Being made with buckwheat flour, these pancakes are perfect for people on a vegan and also a gluten-free diet, and even for people trying to keep their cholesterol levels low. I also like the versatility of these pancakes, as, while traditionally savoury, they also taste good with jam.

These are excellent and we missed them no longer being available from Ocado. Have them with cheese and salad or fried egg.

Coming from Brittany I always bring those pancakes back. They are delicious with cheese, egg and ham.

I’ve so missed these so was very happy to see them in England. I’ve cooked in a big pan with a knob of butter as it directs (with and without fillings) but mostly I use the crepe as a wrapper for cheese, sun dried tomato pesto, sweetcorn and olives and make it into a parcel that I then cover in foil and heat in the oven just like we used to in France. Delicious meal with a side of carrotte rapee or trio of crudites.
