Easy to cook and can be used in a salad, fried, boiled with just olive oil or cooked in oven with crème fraîche, salmon and spinach with grated cheese on top… fabulous and can’t find them in UK.

A must to have in your fridge! Warm with a pinch of pepper or cold with a lamb’s lettuce salad - always delicious.
