These Galettes are absolutely delicious! A subtle and delicate white chocolate flavour and melt-in-the-mouth smooth texture! Very moreish indeed. Perfect as a snack/treat with a cup of coffee or tea. Also ideal for lunchboxes or to slip into your handbag as each Galette is individually wrapped in foil. I particularly like them after keeping in the fridge as the coolness of the Galette seems to enhance the flavour and texture. I shall be buying more!!
