Find our little mellow madeleines with melting chocolate chips, ideal for gourmet young-ones. A simple and authentic recipe with good ingredients: eggs from hens raised outdoors, French wheat flour from the CRC® family, without palm oil.
Our madeleines are made in our family biscuit factory in Contres, in the Centre of France.

32% BLE flour, non-hydrogenated rapeseed oil, sugar, 16% outdoor EGGS, stabilizer: glycerol, glucose-fructose syrup, 5% pasteurized semi-skimmed fresh milk, lifting powders: diphosphates and sodium carbonates (BLE), salt, aroma. Contains SOY. Possible traces of NUTS.
This product can be shipped anywhere in the UK. We use special packaging to ensure all products are kept chilled and within the required temperature whilst in transit.
